Julie Wellman

Julie is a Registered Chiropodist licensed under the Chiropody Act with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. She received her undergraduate degree in Bio Medical Science at the University of Waterloo. Her initiative at a multidisciplinary clinic further motivated her to seek an Advanced Diploma of Health Sciences (Chiropody). During her first year, Julie gained a position as a receptionist at Mississauga Foot Clinic, which then further advanced her to the Chiropodist she is today. She has advanced knowledge in Diabetes and other foot related conditions, wounds/ulcers, custom made orthotics/insoles, ingrown nails, fungal nails, warts, neuromas, pediatric flat feet, damaged thick nails, heel pain (plantar fasciitis), cortisone injections, hammer toes, ankle sprains, cysts etc. Julie is dedicated in providing honest care for her patients which includes educating patients about their conditions and providing the best management plan moving forward.
